Outlined below are some rental tips and information on what is provided and what to bring.  We hope it will answer some of your questions and help make your vacation experience an enjoyable one!

The home and property are equipped with the following items:

  • WIFI is available everywhere on the property

  • Gated property with 5ft. chain link fence.

  • Washer and Dryer

  • Dishwasher

  • Kitchen utensils; pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery.

  • Basic condiments; salt, pepper, sugar, spices and seasonings, toilet paper, paper towels dish, dishwasher and laundry soaps.

  • One Large Drinking Water container filled.

  • Cooking Equipment; Electric stove, oven, fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker with filters, Keurig coffee maker, electric coffee bean grinder, toaster and toaster oven.

  • Outdoor gas barbecue.

  • Patio Furniture; Outdoor dinning table, large umbrella and chairs and lounge furniture.

  • Uncommon with lake rentals ~Dock furniture~ Secured patio table, 4 chairs, 11ft patio table umbrella and two lounge chairs.

As of September 2009 all drivers of a motor boat will be required to have an operator’s license. One approved life jacket or PFD is required for each person on board any pleasure craft or boating vessel.

  • Fishing equipment, license (you may also fish right off the wharf)

  • life jackets or water safety equipment.

  • Sun-block, sun hats, sunglasses, water shoes

  • Insect spray

  • Groceries, drinks etc.

  • Camera

  • Cell phone or LD calling card  

Close to many local attractions

Within a half hour drive there are wine and cider tours, hiking, three 18 hole golf courses near by, horseback riding, Lake and Ocean fishing, casual and fine dining at area resorts and local restaurants.
