Lovin' Lake Life respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Policy will inform you as to how we look after your business data, including when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from), or when you order or use our services, and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

In order to be compliant with the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (we have added this Privacy Policy and use of personal data in line with the most recent guidance from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).  The European Union recently released new rules regarding data privacy which come into effect May 25th, 2018.

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children under the age of 16.

This includes personal data you provide when you rent from us:

  • contact us (for example, by telephone, email or via our websites)
  • make a general inquiry about our vacation rental home or give us feedback.

Technical Data from the following parties:

  • Contact, Financial and Transaction Data from providers of technical, payment and delivery services such as PayPal or E-transfer based inside or outside the EU and HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

Opting out

You can ask us  to stop sending you marketing messages at any time or by following the opt-out or unsubscribe’ links in any marketing message sent to you or by contacting us.

Where you opt out of receiving these marketing messages, this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of a previous rental where we need to keep your contact details or make contact with you for contractual performance or legitimate interest purposes.
